  • Discovery call → Clarify goals + budget expectations

    A focused conversation to understand your site, goals, budget range, and timeline. We identify constraints, opportunities, and whether the project is the right fit before moving forward.

  • Site visit → Assess conditions that shape design

    An on-site assessment of topography, light, access, drainage, existing vegetation, and architectural context. This informs the overall design strategy and spatial organization.

  • Design development → Concept and refinement

    Concept plans, spatial layouts, and material and planting direction are developed and refined through collaborative review to ensure clarity, buildability, and alignment with your vision.
